This customized quadcopter will be used as a test platform for sensors, motors and imaging tools. Using GPS, an FPV camera, the Ardupilot flight controller and the DJI Flamewheel 450 frame, this multirotor will test autonomous and controlled flight for reconnaissance, search and rescue and drone racing.
A few features have been customized like 3D printed prop guards, landing legs and camera mount. One of the sensors being tested is the open source vision platform Jevois Smart Machine Vision Camera.
